The area was not great. There were homeless people sleeping in the parking lot next to the hotel. The room appeared somewhat clean but I am sure a black light would uncover something. The front desk staff clearly live there walking around with sweat or sleep pants and slippers looking like he just woke up. Not rude but not professional either. Breakfast? What a joke. lol. A toddler wouldn’t eat that. People party in the parking lot all night. So mad we got stuck there. Not worth the money. If you can find a better place, GO THERE. Don’t trust there response either the hotel has not been updated. On a good note the hotel had a cleaning staff an older man who was very nice and helpful. He is the only thing I found that was good about this place.

High cost for a low end hotel. The desk person was extremely NOT customer friendly. A lot of people outside hanging in the parking lot until early in the am. Loud!! Extremely, unprofessional staff! Fire alarm in the middle of the night because people were smoking in the hotel. Illegal immigrants all over the hotel. My wife and daughter felt very unsafe!! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! The holiday inn express across the road will be where we go next!!

Wall insulation is terrible, rooms smell. The rugs are dirty and breakfast is low on budget and quantity. Don’t even get me started on machines not working in breakfast bar!

Staff gave me trouble for coming in late, Had no room prepped and told me at first that they had no room, and didn’t care that I had a reservation. They made me wait for over 30 mins at 3 am.

The foyer was extremely dirty (greasy counter, dirty floor, trash can overflowing). Messy: desks behind the counter with piles of paperwork all over the place. Too many people loitering around/ walking/ waiting???? We had been assigned to a room on the first floor. When we requested a quieter and safe place, we were moved to the 4th floor, where it was indeed quieter and there seem not to have other guests in adjoining rooms. The room was ok at the end (clean and comfortable) but the place in general made us feel somewhat unsafe. Definitely not worth what we paid for the night.

This place was fine. The WiFi and TV were good, and the bathroom was acceptable. However there was no place to hang clothes, or a rack for luggage. Also, there was not a microwave in the room. The check-in was not friendly and lacked professionalism.

Worst hotel experience of my life. Bed bugs, fire alarms, room service stole my bath creams and phone charger. And to top it off, stole my deposit. Just shameful. A disgrace.

Don’t make the same mistake as me and stay here. The pictures made it look like it was updated. It was so terrible. We went to Walmart and bought pillows and blankets because we were too scared to sleep under the covers it was that bad. The vent in the bathroom was missing the cover and there was black mold in it. The pillows on the bed were 12x12 couch pillows. The rug was stained the color difference under the bed to the rest of the room was crazy. There was a nose ring on the ground which made me think it wasn’t even vaccumed. The man at the desk was too busy on the phone to help us check in. We sat there waiting for him to finish his personal conversation to help us. Every night we arrived there was a man laying across the entrance on the ground smoking a cigarette with a bottle of liquor in his hand. We had to step over his feet one night because he was fast asleep. I honestly can’t believe I paid to stay here nevermind the fact that they home a security deposit for this place. I took pictures and will be trying to post them for people to see

The facility is dirty with stained carpets and dirty worn paint. The trashcan at the entrance overflowing with trash. The sheets had not been changed prior to our arrival with a large tear in the sheet. No one cleaned our room or provided towels or linen over a 3 day stay. There was toilet paper stuffed in the door peephole and a dirty plunger in the bathroom

The hotel is dirty with stained carpets, beat up stained walls with overflowing trash can in front. The sheets hadn't been changed prior to our visit with a large tear in the bottom sheet. No staff provided clean linen or towels during a 3 day stay. The staff were unresponsive.
