Amazing hotel, really nice. Staff were very friendly. The only problem was the showers, pressure was slower than my house. Car parking prices are high compared to elsewhere. Apart from that I would definitely stay here again

The property has a good location, within walking distance to the important locations. It was pretty well clean. The thing that I did not like was that they do not accept receiving items on your behalf and they claimed that it is the hotel policy which does not make sense. I forgot my items in where I used to live and a guy from the cleaning service volunteered to help. I was not at the hotel and asked him to handle the stuff to the reception. However, the reception refused. I called them and clarified that I am not home, but they kept refusing. For me, this is a weird action that never happened before and unacceptable. I wanted to give 5 starts to this hotel, but after what happed I could not.

Was very disappointed on my stay here. I have 2 young kids so booked to stay here for a luxury night of sleeping without them, although there was a function on which was very loud. The music could be heard word for word 2 floors up, in our room. We were told the music would be on until 1am. Not something I expected in a 5* hotel. We did enquire as we didn't want this to be an issue when we would be trying to sleep. One of the staff members holly, assured us that the music would be turned down at 10pm so we would have a restful night. She clearly just lied as it was still pumping at 11pm. At this stage we requested to change rooms which we did get upgraded to a suite. I am very appreciative that the staff sorted this, but as it was after 11.30pm any bed that was quiet would of done. I wouldn't want anyone else to have the same experience and book this hotel thinking it would be relaxing. This being said the rooms were gorgeous, beds were super comfy and the hotel was very clean!
