Great location, but hotel not as we expected - very basic and badly designed. For example no cleaning service and no linen change unless staying over 6 nights. They wont even empty the bins / recycling. There is a Nespresso machine in the room, but you need to bring your own Nespresso capsules as they are not supplied (although teabags are). There is a small round table but it’s in the darkest corner of the room so you can’t work / write / read there. Bed is against the wall so one person needs to climb over the to get in and out, and there is nowhere to put a glass of water. Bathroom is TINY and should have been built with a sliding door but they took the cheaper option so you need to be a size zero to squeeze inside past the door.

Eden gave us such a warm welcome on check in and went over and beyond when she found out it was my birthday, she offered us a complimentary drink to celebrate. We love this hotel! It is our favourite place to stay in Manchester - always clean and comfortable abd a great location!
