It offers a splendid 180º sea view and is equipped with a large terrace and a detached private garden. It is equipped with 2 bedrooms, a large living room of 22m² with 2 bay windows opening on the terrace and the swimming pool, a detached kitchen, a bathroom and a shower room with a toilet. It is very easy and free to park as the villa is located in a private road.

The villa is located in the town of Mandelieu on the Capitou hill (Cannes side). It is an ultra residential environment, 3 minutes driving from all shops, 10 minutes from the sea and the beaches and 15 minutes from the center of Cannes.
