Stayed one night only, during a road trip, room is basic, did not have towels, called front desk and they provided, asked foe more pillows as the two available were thin, never receive them. Not many power outlets in the room Breakfast also basic but OK.

Hotel é bonito, o quarto e grande, a cama de casal não é de casal, são duas camas de solteiros juntas o que deixa um pouco desconfortável, no hotel não disponibiliza toalhas pra piscina o que é um incomodo ou vc anda molhada e molha o hotel todo ou molha a sua toalha, aí quando for tomar banho a toalha na está molhada, fora isso foi tudo ok

O hotel é bom.

O Hotel fica em Itacuruça e não em Mangaratiba, conforme o anúncio. Na entrada do Hotel tem um rio extremamente poluido e o mal cheio decepciona. O quarto que fiquei era muito bom: grande, confortável, tinha até uma pequena cozinha com pia, freezer e micro-ondas. Adorei. O serviço de limpeza , e recepção também gostei. Ponto negativo: é permitido aos hóspedes comer na beira da piscina e dentro da piscina, o que gera muita sujeira ao entorno. Infelizmente nem todos tem educação de recolher seu lixo e não tinham funcionários de limpeza no local pra limpar de imediato.

Péssima estadia .

Chegamos no hotel a meia noite para o check-in e fomos avisados que era o horário limite , aceleramos para chegarmos e sermos atendidos. Demos de cara com um funcionário dormindo e sem camisa na recepção. Não demonstra só falta de profissionalismo, mas um risco a nossa segurança enquanto hospedes. Relevamos. Chegamos ao quarto e nos decepcionamos . Quarto amplo , porém sujo…paredes do banheiro completamente sujas , chuveiro com sacola amarrada para conecta-lo , ralos “estufados “ e saindo para fora . A cama parecia estar molhada . As cobertas manchadas e sujas . Horrível . Não voltaria ! O único ponto positivo foi que ao relatarmos o problema ao gerente e levarmos até o quarto ele constatou a sujeira e toda a nossa insatisfação e se prontificou a resolver . Tivemos um bom diálogo com o gerente !

O hotel é bom , mas precisa melhorar. Toalhas velhas, poucas recepcionistas para o fluxo de pessoas que chegam diretamente. Meu check in era 14 h subi para o quarto 14:26 pois a pessoa que fazia o atendimento ainda não tinha voltado do almoço . Café da manhã bom , valor custo e benéfico dentro dos padrões .

Colchões pessimos

Serviço muito bom, atendimento também, a limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar se só trocavam as toalhas não limpavam o chão e nem lavava o banheiro. O colchão era de péssima qualidade, na cama de casal eram 2 colchões de solteiro horríveis, a gente deitava e afundava (acordávamos destruídos e com muitas dores nas costas)
