Check in was easy and fast. The man who checked us in was great! I paid $10 for the breakfast when i booked. It did not say if it was for everyone in the room or per person, but it would have been understandable if it were $10 per person. We came down for breakfast and was told we'd be given a ticket but it would be added to the room. When finishing breakfast, we were given a ticket for $46. The lady at the breakfast area was friendly, but didnt know how it would be credited. We asked the front desk and the girl working it had no idea. She stated that the 3rd party(hotels.com) would take care of it. I was charged $46 on top of the $10 I paid initially for breakfast. The breakfast was not worth $10 even if I had been charged correctly. I am now stuck going back and forth between Hotels and Hilton bc neither say they have control of the charge to my card on file. Other than that, the building was very nice, very clean, and close to a lot of places! I would stay again, but will be skipping the breakfast.

They change my room from a King bed to a queen just because I use a third party (expedia) to reserve my stay. Very disappointed. I still paid the whole price for the room why it isn’t equal for everyone.

We enjoyed our stay here very much! We were passing through, so only stayed one night but the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I did have the unfortunate experience to have a rash on my arms, stomach and back that developed after checking out. I have very sensitive skin and it may have been from the cleaning products used in the shower or the laundry detergent. I didn’t use any of the hygiene products provided in the bathroom for this reason, so I can’t say exactly why this happened and don’t blame the hotel for this. My husband didn’t have any adverse reactions and I know the room was well-cleaned. Overall, I do recommend anyone staying here.

Staff was friendly and responsive. NIce location with easy free parking options. Had to change rooms immediately because the toilet wasn't working which was done super fast. But the new room had poor water pressure, missing coffee cups, air wasnt really cold. None of these were major issues on their own but they added up
