“A” for Warmth and Service

The warmth and service of the staff is commendable. The restaurants are also commendable. However, the state of the hotel rooms leaves much to be desired.

The hotel clean and staff are good. However, the reservation when we checked is was bizarre and frustrating, staff told us they won’t honour the Silver membership due to it is not booked under Hotels.com ( shocking, can’t provide email as proof for me) my booking was under Expedia as per the staff. Then I told the Hotels.com manager via chat then he said, unfortunately the location is not included for the silver membership. I booked the VIP access hotel as part of the qualification. Be careful on this scam. Then now the manager just tried to pay me compensate $30 for the hussle. Our stay and comfort don’t cost $30, that’s how your value to hotels.com pay you $30. Funny!! Anyway, staff was great but the room smells really strong when we entered and door bell was not working properly. Shower is not safely designed so us the bathtub and the glass partion. Windows outside was not even clean. Overall, it was not a great experience.
