Room
The main reason I booked this hotel was because the pictures online looked amazing. However, when I arrived, the room I got was nothing like the photos—it had an outdated appearance. The pictures made the hotel look upscale and fancy, but in person, it felt more like a 2-star room. Very disappointing.
Service
The staff were the highlight of the stay. Everyone, from the cleaners to the service crew, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to any requests. In fact, they were more approachable and accommodating than the receptionists. Great service overall.
Common Areas
The lobby was another letdown. It appeared much larger and more luxurious in the photos, but in reality, it was smaller and more compact.
Reception
The receptionist we dealt with didn’t provide clear directions to our suite. She simply pointed to the elevator, which seemed straightforward, but it wasn’t. The hotel has a two-elevator system that’s disconnected, making it confusing to navigate. Thankfully, one of the cleaners stepped in and kindly showed us the way.
Overall
This hotel doesn’t feel like a 4-star establishment—it’s more like a 3-star experience at best. While the service staff were exceptional, the discrepancies between the marketing photos and the actual experience were too significant to ignore.
