Service is good, staff are accomodating, but the hotel does not provide face towels. We checked in the hotel, towels were not available, no toilet paper either. we have to call twice before the towels arrived.

Average hotel near Mall of Asia

The hotel was ok. Confusing as you can't get to the lobby from your room without an elevator transfer. Finding the gym was near impossible till you discover you have to walk through the restaurant. My room had no towels and when I called they seemed already aware of this yet it was 11pn. The hottest of the hot water was warm at best. The towels were old and shabby. The location is convenient to the airport, about 12 minutes and you can walk easily to the mall of Asia.

Very convenient location for shopping which you can walk to a nearby shopping in MOA "Mall of Asia". Restaurants are walking distance and only 15 minutes away to Ninoy Aquino International Airport.

The hotel rooms are very spacious with nice beds but everything else is a wreck. Peeling wall paper and stained walls. If you are squeamish better to let the Gold plated phoenix pass..

The lady(Ms Allen) was the rudest, most unfriendliest p;erson working at front check in desk I have ever encountered in all my days of travel. I honestly can not un derstand why she was like this when I treated her well and respectful. Many she is just like that with evereyone.
