It is a good place to stay. The staff are really nice and professional. The beds were very comfortable. The room is very clean and modern. Good Wi Fi and decent cable TV selection of channels. The windows do not open at all, so no fresh are can come in, aside from air conditioned air; this is a pet peeve of mine with hotels.

Nearby to everything like SM Aura, Market Market, minutes to Bonifacio High Street, Venice Grand Canal, and St. Luke's Global. Also, staffs are very courteous and helpful specially Vincent (not sure if this how spell his name). Likewise, the security guards there are very polite, they always helped us call for a taxi whenever we go somewhere else. Also, there's a 7-Eleven downstairs you can go to if you went to buy something like drinks or ready made breakfast etc. Plus they clean the room and change towels everyday too. Will ldefinitely come back again to use this Hotel 101 Fort in the future. Thanks!

Hotel is nice and the housekeeping really do their job really well. Hotel is good, the only thing that is bad is the small flies and the fish or sewage smell in the hallway.

The employees from the reception to the porter are super friendly and nice. They are just awesome ans do helpful in everything. The room is cozy and comfortable. The hotel itself is clean. You will get your money's worth. Excellent value!

Its a lovely clean comfy room with a very comfy bed. However the bathroom is very basic, poorly lit and an ancient wall mounted shower heater that barely gets the water warm, very disappointing. Otherwise a nice hotel, great location and well priced.

Joseph from USA, Rude staff they don't know how to smile or talk to a customer, took too long to check in, checking out took forever as they send one of the housekeeper to the room to check the room, I was charged additional $7 due to the small chocolate stain which it can be washed a way. this is 1st time and last time to stay in this hotel never again.

Great rate for a weekend night. Not much in the area, but save on rooms you can spend on cabs or train. Train is a 6 min walk to Osaka Station. Complimentary toiletries and great bathroom with good shower/tub.

I liked that we were able to check in early and all the staff and kind, pleasant, and always ready to help. The room where we were located was in the 25th floor with a really nice city view. The room is big enough for 3 people and the bed and beddings are great and very comfortable. The only complain I have is that weird (stinky) smell coming from either the drain or the exhaust. It is a kinda nasty smell so we keep the restroom closed. But overall, our stay was really good and we enjoyed it!
