Check in and check out is easy..for concert goers, it is a walking distance to smart araneta center and new frontier theater 👍 no 24 hour room service but they have a small snack area where you can order pasta, bread and drinks 24 hrs..lots of nearby coffee shops and fast food also

My family and I have booked 4 rooms (1505, 1511, 1515, 1516) and have not expected to receive the excellent hospitality that ibis Styles Manila Araneta City staff have shown us in our week staying in the hotel. We have never stayed in a more comfortable hotel and have never felt safer than we have with them. Special thanks to the guards around the hotel who helped us consistently, they made us feel safe and cared for throughout our stay. Should we ever return to Cubao, we will undoubtedly choose this hotel and will recommend this hotel to other travelers who might find themselves in this part of Manila. Our family would like to thank all the staff of ibis Styles Manila Araneta City and we hope to see you all again!

Best staff ever …. I have been to couple of hotels international but Philippine staff esp from Ibis Hotel are the most hospitable which shows a great deal about our culture . Although , the one security guy is a little bit pushy especially when helping on our luggage’s . Please be aware that international travelers / foreigners likes to get in control in regards to their luggage’s . We hardly ask for help . So please let the security know to ask first if we neee help . Otherwise .. concierge , dining crew, cleaning crew can be trusted . We left our valuables all the time. So thank you
