It was a great stay. The check in was quick and easy. I was immediately assisted by the staff from in to out. Amazing stay! Only downside was a minor leak in the bathroom but overall, amazing!

Some of the amenities needs to update. The room given to us is spacious and really appreciated it. Cleanliness is not that superb though. There are some stains in the bed sheets

Excellent Location for Ortigas Business Trip
Excellent location for self-budget business trip; 10min Walk to MRT3 railway station, easy to book Grab, so many restaurants and malls at walking distance. Love the hot water for shower; very strong water pressure.

The place is clean and the breakfast is pretty good. However, the wall papers in my room are peeling off. The drawers on the desk and the cabinet are off its rails so they could fall off when you pull them out. In addition, the safe is not working.

I love staying here, staff and security guards are friendly and helpful. Only problem is the hotel has 2 elevators, they shut down 1 elevator to save cost but they keep hanging a signage saying "under maintenance". It is very inconvenient and sometimes long waiting time for the elevator. The elevator can house only 4 passengers.
