Nice property, but the staff are unethical and tried to charge me extra for my booking. I booked a suite for three adults. I phoned before I booked to confirm that the room included one king size bed and a rollaway bed. When we arrived there was no rollaway and they tried to charge us extra for the rollaway. Only with arguing with the reception did they finally relent and bring up the rollaway with no charge. What kind of hotel expects three people to share a king size bed?

Relatively New Hotel but difficult parking space.
5 Minutes walk to Mall of Asia. Not directly connected to the mall , must walk outside the hotel towards the mall. Parking is very difficult coz of limited space. Clean room , not enough wardrobe space.

The staff are very friendly, helpful, courteous and very welcoming. Shopping mall is just 9 minutes walk away. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel. We will stay here again when we visit Philippines again.
