In the midst of a busy area in manila. Near the US embassy if youre looking for a convenient place to stay. If you are not used to the area around manila and not a local, I will not recommend walking around the area to your destinations to your safety. The property is average, I was expecting more given the excellent pictures in their website. My room has an outlet that doesnt consistently work? They tried fixing it but since its inconsistent just told me to call them again when it fails which i just gave up entirely. I would commend their breakfast service though which is excellent.

I reserved a room with 2 beds for my Fiance and her sister but when they got there they put them in a room with one bed. When she asked the staff they said they ran out of 2 beds but we could pay additional money to upgrade the room to a 2 bed if we wanted. Their way of fixing their mistake was to give my Fiance and her sister an extra blanket and pillow. If you're bookings this hotel because its close to the medical clinic and embasy dont. There are other cheaper options that are just a close.

Booked this hotel for my fiance, needed a place to stay. They were very accommodating, helping her arrange transportation to the embassy, and also providing a shuttle back to the airport. My fiance says the breakfast was good.

Poor Customer Service
We stayed for 1 x night and were due to travel to Manila International airport the following morning. Tropical storm "Carina" made transport in and around Manila very difficult. No offer or assistance from hotel staff. Several other guests checking out blocked reception area. By sheer luck we persuaded a private taxi to take ourselves and other guests to the airport.
