This is the best hotel I've stayed at in the Philippines. It's right across the street from Greenbelt Shopping Center, which has many high-quality restaurants so you don't have to take a taxi to eat. It's also walking distance to Landmark and SM so there is plenty of shopping you can do. It's close to the airport so you don't have to fight with too much traffic.

Nice place for business travelers. Although a beautiful new crib was provided free of charge, the pool area is not ideal for infants. The children’s pool is geared for ages 5 and up.

I am amazed by the attention to service from the two evening hostess, Cate and Issa, in the Residence Lounge. Both were very engaging and attentive to the guests requests and they look sharp in their well appointed uniforms. But it is their smiles and service level that really make the New World Residence Lounge memorable.
