Very Nice Staff! Clean rooms and great breakfast buffet! Great location and centrally located and very very close to SM North EDSA Mall, literally one can say, it is within the mall. Close to lots of great restaurants and shopping of course.

I always love booking at this hotel when I’m in Metro Manila. Convenient location - with direct access to SM North Edsa and walking distance to Trinoma Mall. Hassle free shopping and restaurant dining! The rooms are clean and I appreciate the daily delivery of complimentary bottles of water. Front desk and housekeeping staff are attentive, fast in completing requests. Special shout out to Philip of housekeeping, who made sure that my room was sneaky clean and the floor was sanitized. I will definitely book again in the near future!

All the front desk staff are pleasant and always helpful. Initially booked for a few days and extended for another week to stay close with family. They accommodated us to stay in the same room with no additonal charge. The room is clean and Beth of Housekeeping maintains the cleanliness and trustworthy. This place is near the public transportation stations. I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel at the mall, very convenient if you need to be inquezon city and like to combine your stay with shopping. Traffic wise, by vehicle and taxi , it's a headache major traffic issues.

The hotel is clean and connected to SM North Edsa Mall where there are various shops and restaurants. I checked the breakfast options at the hotel and there were limited. There isa starbucks cafe at the hotel ground floor but it has limited options as well. The area around the hotel is not really walkable, since there is ongoing construction and crazy traffic with carless motorbikes drivers. Overall it was good place and the staff are very friendly.

Make sure to clarify the number of people occupancy before booking. I bought a "Sleeps 6" room but it turned out to be for 4=Adults and 2"kids only. The room is not ready for 6 adults. Extra bed costs 1000Php/night. So false and wrong advertisement...
