Even if we booked for 2 people in 1 room and paid for it with bfast for 2 and checked in with 2 names with both names clearly filed up, by bfast the ff morning, their records still showed only 1 person for bfast so they had to doublecheck again and make us sign again.

Look, this place is grand, said to be one of the best hotels in Manila. Bgc is also a developed area so it felt like home. It felt safe and everything we needed was in walking distance. The stand out for me was their gym. Their pool was a disappointment, breakfast buffet was sadly also disappointment, maybe cause we expected so much more from this place. Overall it was a nice place to stay. Customer service 10/10.

A comedy of awful errors
The most frustrating stay in a property who pretends to be high end. Many errors in the check in process. Invalid charges. Broken room parts and just a bad experience overall. Then invasive staff practices once escalations started pilling in. No one could extend a booking properly no one could reverse invalid charges. Then when refund was processed they also got that wrong. Food was horrible, staff was horrible. AC was intermittent, bathroom door was broken. Just bad considering the prestige it pretends to have.

horrible service for such a prestige brand
Service in the hotel is horrible and inconsistent. They confused in the booking, asked for extra fees for everything then get confused in the booking who arent carrying over. Room had broken items, staff do not observe the DND signs, room was left unlock by room service and had not covered one day
