I TRIED TO RENT THE ROOM AT THE FRONT DESK, THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND TOOK OTHERS FIRST EVEN THOUGH I WAS THERE FIRST, THEN THEY DID IT AGAIN, THEY GAVE ME MISINFORMATION AND SAID ONE OF MY BOOKINGS WAS NOT RECEIVED, I SHOWED THEM IT WAS, SO I WAS SENT TO THE COMPUTER ROOM TO BOOK MY ROOM WITH HOTLES.COM , THE COMPUTER HAD PROBLEMS AND IT TOOK OVER AN HOUR TO BOOK A SIMPLE ROOM THERE, WHAT A WAS OF MY TIME AND THEY DID NOT CARE. THEY WERE WORTHLESS AS FOR ANY HELP, THEN THEY KEPT MY ID. REALLY TERRIBLE.
