Very poor maintenance and run down
The staff was ok. The lobby seemed ok. Room was run down. Baseboards were off in bathroom. Paint on walls looked like a 3 yr old did it (gray paint splashed on ceiling from walls), doors looked like they used wrong paint and was peeling, glass on pictures was dirty….. Sheets seemed clean and fairly decent. Towels were small. I should have known it wasn’t a typical hotel when she said they had to charge $25 for incidentals - in case.

Stayed here for one night after an event at Foxboro stadium. It’s in the middle of an industrial park and the hotel is definitely really dated. From front desk to our room was a significant walk down a bunch of weird connecting hallways. It seems that they added on to this hotel many times. Likely wouldn’t be my first choice upon return.

Hotel was easy to get to, and in good proximity to most things and places youd be looking to visit. The staff was friendly at check in and check out. The room was clean, the bathrtom was clean, the sheets were clean, and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Was with my 4 year old granddaughter for the night. We were on the 3rd floor, over-looking the "garden", it was extremely noisy until well after midnight and then it started back up again around 6am. Needless to say, she didn't sleep well.

My only complaints would be that the air vents in the room and the bathroom were visibly dirty and dusty. Also the shower water pressure was very low. But, overall it was a very nice hotel.

This is not a hotel, it’s a prison camp.
This was real trash. Hotels.com should not do business with them at all. There was no heat. It was filthy. If I could give negative stars I would.
