Online photos suggest a nice place, appears as if it was recently remodeled. Unfortunately, this non-smoking hotel stinks of cigarettes (including rooms we checked). Clearly, guests open window in their room and smoke through it, not realizing that it infiltrates room furnishings. Desk staff seem to be clueless and disinterested in this, although guests sign a form that they will not smoke. Parking is AWFUL. The lot is quite small, and only ONE spot was left for us in the back of the property where a group of men were hanging out at a table. Only ONE handicapped parking spot and they have more than one handicapped room. Did NOT feel safe anywhere on property. There is NO elevator. Floor bathroom was FILTHY. There were lamps unplugged, requiring us to move furniture to plug in them. FEW outlets. Handicap shower (walk-in) is half the size it should be. People can shift from wheelchair to set easily; however, there is little room to stand, and shower head is far too large for the space. Breakfast bar contains ONLY 2 types of dry cereal, juice, white bread to make toast, and a waffle maker. NO protein or fruit of any kind. Although checkout is 11am, our cards stopped working at least an hour before. After checking us in, the desk clerk went back to watching security camera footage on a screen visible to public (like looking for problems). We felt quite unsafe at this property. Housekeeping rooms are near front of hotel and they leave doors open (why?).

Don’t stay here!
When I walked into the room there was trash on the floor and in the shower in the bathroom. The room wreaked of cigarette smoke and there were cigarette burns in the linen. There was one roll of toilet paper in the room, no tissues or any other paper products. There is no closet space to hang up clothes, no iron or ironing board, if your on a business trip, do not book this hotel. The nighttime staff was right outside of our room smoking cigarettes all night and having conversations that were keeping us awake. This hotel is awful!!!

OK Stay
The room was good but we missed having anywhere to hang clothing. Everything was clean but the bed had 3 pillows which was a bit odd. When we went to "breakfast" for coffee there was none in the coffee maker or the carafes. No one was attending to the breakfast area. The hotel was accommodating by putting us on the first floor near an exit as we had requested. All in all it was an OK stay.

Gross!!
Gross doesnt even begin to describe this hotel. Wyndam should be ashamed to have this location under their name. It smelled and both blankets had burn holes from cigarettes in them (you know the shape when you see it.) Only stayed one night and checked out a day early because it was ao bad.

Housekeeping slams things in the hallway, multiple times. Stains were on the bed. Floors smelled really bad. When you shower, it smells like mold. The shower is so hard to stand up in dude to the random seat that takes up the entire shower lol. At least the front desk lady was nice. 5/10.

Property is in a good location and easy access to shopping and dining. That said, the pictures advertised on the website look nothing like the actual rooms. We had a room with 2 queen beds, no closet, a toilet so close to the bathroom door that an overweight person would not have been able to sit on the toilet and close the door. The room was clean but very tiny and not at all what was advertised and shown on line. No vending machines or anything. Would stay there again if I had to but it would not be my choice.

There were many glitches here; only room available on first floor smelled of smoke despite being designated as non-smoking; offer to change was declined as there was no elevator; had to ask for hair dryer & only one found was damaged, tho workable; had a 2 night stay & key was not activated for 2nd night until requested; at least it was quiet & bed was comfortable tho, squeaky

The room was comfortable and room was quiet. I was a little uneasy being a woman traveling alone because there was always someone hanging around by the entrance doors smoking or drinking, especially the back entrance. The breakfast choice was a waffle or cold cereal, but no milk and no coffee. Probably would not stay here again.
