Irresponsabilidade, incompetência e desonestidade
Se vc quer estragar suas férias, é aqui! Cheguei meio dia e ouvi q no meu quarto os hóspedes resolveram ficar mais dias e a proprietária Cátia me ofereceu outra pousada, chamada Dolphin( vejam avaliações do Google sobre ela tbem) porém como era distante do centro e não ficava em frente ao mar eu não aceitei , ela pediu um tempo e eu fui à praia para posteriormente fz o checkin, 15:30 retomei e fui informada q a Cátia tinha ido comprar uma cortina para meu “quarto” e ainda não estava pronto, ai depois de um tempo ela me apresentou um canto improvisado dizendo q aquele era o quarto q iria ficar, tinha uma persiana q dividia com a cozinha, o cheiro de gordura era insuportável, frestas em todos os lugares, a porta não fechava, não era nada daquilo q eu havia reservado, ela insistia em dizer q se eu queria vista pro mar era aquele quarto q ela tinha, inútilmente mostrava as fotos do quarto alugado e ela respondia q aqueles quartos das fotos não existiam, extremamente desequilibrada e insensata. Então ela me levou a uma pousada ao lado,pensei q ela estava de realocando, ao fz o checkin questionei com eles sobre o pagamento e me disseram q ela nem perguntou, retornei e qdo questionado, ela disse q tinha achado um lugar. Depois de 6 horas e meia, um BO, ela me alocou em uma pousada em um quarto sem janelas, sem sequer me perguntar se estava ok. Fiquei sem opção, fora de tudo o q planejei. Incompetência, desonestidade e irresponsabilidade descrevem esse lugar.
