"Ocean Jewel" is a beautifully decorated one bedroom & one bath condo in a resort style setting with some resort amenities. There are 2 queen beds in the bedroom and sleeper sofa in living room. This unit has its own rare ensuite laundry (washer/dryer) within the bedroom. There is a flat screen TV in the living room and the bedroom. The condo balcony faces the pool area, the window in the living room overlooks the canal in the back.
Downstairs on the ground level is the communal laundry room of the resort that guests have access to (you will have to verify cost yourself - they are coin operated).
Pool & Tiki Bar access on property! Music almost every night! The restaurant is open and the food is great. Dockside Bar is right down the street within walking distance. The beautiful public Sombrero Beach is one mile away.
This condo is in the heart of Marathon, close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and Sombrero Beach. Marathon is the "Heart of the Keys" and close to everything: Key West is 1 hour to the south, Islamorada is 45 minutes to the north. Two grocery stores are minutes away as well as the drug store, movie theater, hospital, post office, and restaurants galore. Sombrero Beach is a short 2 minute drive. Award winning Bahia Honda State Park is just 15 minutes away. Nearby, the 7 Mile Bridge is an ideal spot to fish, or take a stroll and watch the sunset.
This unit does not have any dockage. Boat ramp & dockage is available from resort for a fee. You will need to make prior arrangements directly with the resort dockmaster for dockage & pricing for ramp.
The unit is located at Skipjack Resort but is NOT part of the resort as it's an individually owned unit. The only amenities you have access to are the pool, tiki bar & restaurant. There is no daily maid service provided.
This property is “NOT pet friendly” so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.
