Sorry for having kept you from you room with idle chatter. I like to know my clients to see how we can help. We have been full all August and most of July so we must have closed for a couple of days to catch up and it must have been a late booking. Sorry about the dog fur, but short staffed I had to keep them on board rather than leave them at home all day on their own. I am in any case dog friendly and although I do not allow them in rooms clients often bring them to reception when they make their booking or friends bring them along. As for double rather than single, it does not happen so there must have been a boyfriend or girlfriend making up the pair. Anonymous critics are not worth even listening to. I suggest study of the mayority of the good reviews which are open and honest.
