Paradise Found, look no more! A beautifully updated coastal contemporary Condo. The condo has all high-quality finishes. High-end granite, all new stainless appliances, and cabinets, glass tile, many lighting options, the main living area in the unit is classy yet comfortable and is just fun to relax in. This unit looks straight down the beach access. It has a plush tropical setting looking outside at your surroundings! This unit is located across the street from the JW Marriott Resort and is approximately 100 ft from the beautiful Marco beach. The unit includes 2 large LED/LCD TVs with cable and free high-speed wireless internet. There is a desk in the unit and a multi-function wi-fi printer if you must work. The bedroom is the largest 1BD condo in the building and features a coastal bedroom set with a king-size bed. The bedroom layout is larger and has a more spacious bedroom than the majority of units in the building. The Pottery Barn couch has a queen-size pullout. The bathroom is updated with dual sinks and amazing glass tile. The condo can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. We have several beach supplies in the condo for your enjoyment as well as the most basic necessities. The main level of the complex has a great heated pool, tennis court, and grill for cooking out. Included, 2 beach bikes for your enjoyment. Condo is deep cleaned before every visit by outstanding cleaning service. There is a $25 one-time user fee at check-in in the office by the association. Perfect for business if attending a conference at JW Marriott
Property was a very quick walk to the beach and to the JW Marriott hotel and conference center. We had a business trip at the JW Marriott and staying at this condo was just perfect for two guests! It made a business trip feel like a vacation! Loved the kitchen!!

Really enjoyed out stay, the property was excellent, very clean and up to date and had all of the amenities needed for a great trip. Location was great, within easy walking distance of the beach and numerous great restaurants and resorts.

Relaxing weekend
I enjoyed my stay at the property. As mentioned in other reviews, the location is ideal and the biggest perk. Very easy to walk to the beach in a few minutes. On-site pool is relaxing as well. The only thing I would note is the elevator can be heard, but it’s manageable if your enjoying the island. I would consider staying again.

Peaceful stay
I was there for a convention, and my husband is there for relaxation. The convention center at JW Marriott, it’s just a short walk from the condo. My husband is able to walk out of the condo across the street and directly onto the beach through an access point which is located directly across from the community. We were blown away by the coziness and cleanliness and peacefulness of the unit. We loved it and will be back.

Perfect Little Getaway!
John's condo was the perfect spot for an extended weekend getaway! The unit was as clean as it gets with all the amenities you'd want in a beach retreat, including a pool, tennis court, beach equipment, and bikes to name a few. But the location is probably the biggest highlight, being located directly across the street from 1 of only 4 public beach accesses on the island. Will definitely consider coming back in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and had all of the essential things that we needed. There weren't many people there at the time we visited, so it was pretty quiet. It was easy to access the beach across the street. The location is great for walking to plenty of various restaurants and other places. It was difficult to keep the condo cool, as we had it set on 74 the whole time, per the instructions, but there was a fan provided, which definitely helped. John was really quick to respond when we had an issue with the toilet and took care of it as soon as he could. John was a great host from the time we booked until we checked out!

Overall nice place
We are a spoiled couple, usually stay on beach. But this place is nice. The good: proximity to restaurants, close to beach access, very clean, very spacious and lots of nicely needed kitchen stuff. The not so good: unit is adjacent to to elevator shaft, it is noisy when used, unit is close to street so street noise can be annoying, only 2 bath towels, no laundry in unit. As I said, we are spoiled, but for the price and amenities, it is a great place.

Let’s start with the good … great location, decorated nicely… kitchen stocked well The down side… 4 beach chairs 2 broken,not enough towels,couch and rug dirty and pillows, sheets and comforter were worn out. Fabulous location and very clean, updated unit
If I could give a higher rating than a 5, I would. I stay at rentals in many different places, and this unit overall checks every single box as far as expectations. First of all the location is as good as it gets without paying the high price of staying right on the beach. The walkway to the beach is directly across the street with a pedestrian crossing that stops traffic in all directions. The unit was immaculate. The furnishings. appliances, and decor are very updated, clean, comfortable and homelike. I've stayed in other units in this same building, and this one is set up differently with extra space in the bedroom and a convenient storage area/room off the bathroom with a dresser and plenty of room for all your "stuff." But what really sets this unit apart is all of the extras that are provided. First of all, I was shocked to see that there were 2 working bikes available for our use! We usually rent bikes, so this was a bonus. There were beach chairs, towels, umbrella, toys, & coolers needed for the beach or pool, the kitchen was completely stocked with every single item you could possibly need, and there were laundry items, sunscreen and other things you may have forgotten. Suggest checking in before going to the grocery store so you aren't buying large items you may not use as I'm sure these aren't guaranteed, but it was helpful. There is even a small desk in the kitchen which was super handy for computers and other personal items. The huge TV and all the channels accessible were a nice touch as well. We ended our days at the beach with a dip in the heated pool which was never crowded. Lastly John was very responsive and helpful with every question before and during our rental. I would stay at any one of his units in the future based on my experience!

The apartment was spotless, nicely decorated, and had everything you need- coffee maker, linens, and ample storage space. It was directly across the street from the beach and the Marriott. Great location!
