Great place to stay for a night
This is a good place to stay if you need to rest your head for the night and cheap enough where you do not feel like you're in a dump. The staff is kind and had no problem when showing up a little late as they are very understanding. That said, it is an older building and has that old carpet smell, but clean.

Walking into the hotel we were greeted by strong weed smell, the rooms definitely needed attention, the carpet had a huge white stain, and we woke up to no hot water. When we called the front desk at 7, we were told that the maintenance man would be in at 9. The staff was very nice.

Horrible experience.
The room they initially put us in we couldn't get into, so they moved us rooms. When we got the new room it REAKED of cigarette smoke and the smoke detector had been removed from the wall. When I queried the front desk about another room they chose to refund me and send me away. Thankfully I got my money back. needless to say I won't be making another reservation.

The room was really nice and hardly any outside noise at all. Bed, sheets, and pillows all clean and slept very well. All appliances were in working order and bathroom like new. One of the best hotels in Marianna. Really wanted to stay longer. Thank You!

Did not get the suite i reserved. Door would not work half the time, microwave had no turn table or plate, no fridge, and exhaust fan very noisy. Was told my bill would be adjusted, but haven't seen it posted. Staff very friendly. I have stayed there before and was very pleased. Not this time.
