"We had a big room with a modern bathroom, the transfer from the airport was a bit pricey, considering it’s only a 5 min car ride (30 $), but we arrived late and didn’t want to deal with the taxis. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and Doña and the rest of her family were very welcoming and helpful."

"Die Unterkunft ist relativ weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt und liegt im Viertel der Botschaften. Somit ist die Umgebung wesentlich ruhiger als im Stadtzentrum oder in der Altstadt. Hervorzuheben ist das gesamte Personal, dass sich sehr um das Wohlergehen der Gäste bemüht und sehr hilfsbereit ist. Die "Hausherrin" ist ein kubanisches Original und weiß mit Rat und Tat in allen Belangen zu unterstützen. Vom Stamm-Team ist Lilli besonders zu hervorzuheben. Besonders warmherzig und kommunikativ ist das Team Lisandra und Daimara. Mit ihnen war es eine besonders große Freude! Danke auch dem Besitzer Antonio, der unkomplizierte Lösungen ermöglichte. La propiedad está relativamente lejos del centro de la ciudad y está ubicada en la zona de las embajadas. Esto significa que el ambiente es mucho más tranquilo que en el centro de la ciudad o en el casco antiguo. Todo el personal se preocupa especialmente por el bienestar de los huéspedes y es muy servicial. La “señora de la casa” es un originaria de Cuba y sabe apoyarte con consejos y acciones en todos los asuntos. Del plantel regular, Lilli merece una mención especial. El equipo de Lisandra y Daimara es particularmente afectuoso y comunicativo. ¡Fue una alegría particularmente grande con ellos! Gracias también al propietario Antonio, que hizo posibles soluciones sencillas."
