There is no breakfast as advertised. Or coffee. They have a coffee pot in the lobby area where you check in but there is always cold coffee in it.

There is not breakfast at the hotel. They are under renovations. I understand that makes it hard. But they have a coffee pot sitting in the lobby that never has hot coffee in it. If you’re not going to serve breakfast as advertised than you need to at least have hot coffee.

The room I bought from hotel.com was not available. I ordered one with a handicap roll in shower and the hotel doesn’t even have one. They gave us a room with a regular tub, said they were going to upgrade us to a handicap room, which also had a regular tub. Waste of time and money

Was given wrong room. Reserved king got 2 full beds. Rooms had no towels or eash clothes. Toiletries only partially full. No phone in room to call desk had to use cell phone. It took 30 min to get them. 10p men doing construction work kncked on our our door to look for a source of leak from another room .No breakfast provided as stated Pool was not open and looked dirty. towels

It appeared that the building was in a college fight. Doors were busted, door handles were destroyed. The building was in very bad shape. It needs a whole lot of repairs. I had to even ask for towels. From what I understand is that it was just purchased by Wyndham. Personally, you shouldn't have allowed anyone to get a room there before repairs were complete.

Don’t under any circumstances stay here!
Terrible! No one at the desk upon arrival. Construction everywhere. Checked room before bringing up bags. Terrible. Furniture was worn and splintered. No hot water in sinks. Stained bathtub. Door was scratched and look clawed. Dog barking continuously in next room. Construction guys running the front desk. Didn’t stay. No refund was given.

We selected this hotel because of the pictures on their website and the amenities listed listed, like the continental breakfast. The is obviously an old, very beat up hotel that someone plans to renovate at some point but it has no business booking guests in the condition it's in now. We are very disappointed in Wyndham. The hotel was nothing like the pictures. The whole property, hallways, and rooms reeked of cigarette smoke. The restaurant was not open nor was the bar. There was no continental breakfast or even coffee in the lobby. There were no phones in either of the two rooms we were put in. The first room had two lights not working and the bathroom door had been kicked in. The second room they put us in had the following: The light over the vanity in the bathroom did not work nor did the vent fan. One of the electric plugs beside the bed did not work, the TV remote was not working right and on the second day we were locked out of our room because the key card didn't work. The shower had no inner shower curtain just the cloth one and there was no safety tread in the bottom of the tub. The bathroom door would not shut, there was only one small wastebasket in the room, and there was no hand soap in the room. Finally there was no housekeeping, no one cleaned our room.

Seedy Party Spot with Poor Night Management
Do not stay here! They’re undergoing some Renovations & updates after recently changing ownership, but until they fix their night management issues, they’ll continue to attract the wrong crowd. The red flag: Sign at front desk that they don’t rent to locals. This place is apparently known to be a hot spot for unfavorable activity. The bad: TV didn’t work. Fridge leaked. Thin walls. Elevators questionable. Stained bathtub The awful: Partiers. Loud music blasting all night. People engaging in inappropriate behavior in the public pool area. People engaging in very loud adult behavior in their rooms - with the thin walls. The worst part: The night manager Melissa who did not care about any of this. She was not there to have to deal with people. When we asked to be moved, we were accused of harassing her. This place is a cesspool for shady people because they’re allowed to be shady & inappropriate. The only good things: The owner of the moonshine bar. She was so kind - I truly hope this place can get its stuff together because you can see she loves her bar & wants to make it a fun spot for people to stop. The morning manager Nicole - she had to listen to not only our complaints in the morning, but others who had similar complaints, and actually showed compassion & remorse for how we were treated by the night manager. Keep driving if you’re looking for a place to stop for the night. Do not recommend.

Booked a room with a king bed and they put us in a room with two smaller beds. The room they put us in had bug larva on the floor and a bad smell. We decided to leave because of the conditions and had to wait for 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk after calling multiple times. Was told they were going to cancel and refund, but never did.

This property was disgusting. No security latch on room door. Holes in walls that have been patched but left unpainted. No shower curtain. Doors half painted. Not sure if the property is under renovation but it looked like someone stopped in the middle of repairing and just left. I’ve never stayed in a worse place

Facility under remodel/construction? 1/2 ass fresh re-painting in room, fresh spackle patch on bathroom door. Only 1 light worked in room, no USB ports, no cup in bathroom bugs/bee nest in window track, on and on. Compliment breakfast was fruit And bars laying on check out. Hot breakfast was guy sitting behind counter, without gloves, offering to scoop out eggs/bacon from warming pan. Our worst stay ever. Wyndham should be ashamed.
