Cleanliness is the minimum we expect from a hotel room and we don't want to have to complain about it. In general, I don't think it's appropriate to call a hotel dog-friendly if you are excluded from the breakfast restaurant and have to eat outside in the corridor. Your hotel is no longer an option for us. Staub auf den Regalen, rote Tropfen auf der Bettwäsche, ein kleines Insekt in der anderen Bettwäsche, ein Wasserhahn aus dem das Wasser durch die Gegend spritzte, die Badezimmer in einem Zustand in dem schon eine Renovierung notwendig wäre und man ungern darin duschen möchte. Sauberkeit ist der Mindestanspruch den wir an ein Hotelzimmer haben und wir möchten nicht dafür das Zimmer reklamieren müssen. Im Allgemeinen halte ich es nicht für angemessen, ein Hotel Hunde-freundlich zu nennen in dem man aus dem Frühstücksrestaurant ausgeschlossen wird und draußen im Gang essen muss. Ihr Hotel kommt für uns nicht mehr in Frage. "
