The pool area for this property was nicer than I expected and I was happy about that. The lodging was average. We had a room that looked out onto the pool area on the 2nd floor and so the AC unit was located on the opposite wall instead, right over one of the queen size beds. This was a terrible location for it since the person who slept there was freezing all night from having cold air blowing on them. It was also a bit difficult getting luggage up to the room on the 2nd floor since there is no elevator. The parking lot was also not set up great since there wasn't enough parking for everyone staying at the hotel. I did love that it was conveniently located but beware that you can't walk anywhere safely since there are no sidewalks and the traffic travels fast by there. That was a bit of a disappointment. It was convenient and clean enough, though, so I would stay again but with managed expectations.

The Main hostest needs to do something else, its very clear she doesnt want to be there. She glares at you when you walk by. The cleaning staff are hard workers and always were friendly. The hot tub doesnt work its basically a bath tub.

Great hotel! The rooms were clean, the price was reasonable, front desk staff was great, check in and check out were easy, and housekeeping did a great job every morning. I'd definitely stay again They don't have breakfast, but they have a 24-hour hot drink bar. You can also get a discount on breakfast at 2 of the local shops if you mention you're staying at this inn I didn't visit the pool, so I can't comment on it

Our room was right next to the lobby and we heard a lot of noise throughout the day and early evening. There was a rise in the flioor just inside the door and a wide gap of almost an inch below the door that seemed odd.

The employees of this hotel were great. Unfortunately the hotel needs a complete remodel. The hotel needs an elevator, breakfast room and the bathrooms are tired. The one good thing is that the mattresses were very comfortable.

Our room was in good condition but did have a smell of old smoke (and it was a non-smoking room). The pool area was nice with a pool, hot tub and sauna. The pool did have some problem with water not draining properly around the pool but there was a wet floor sign. The lobby had some clothing and some snacks for purchase. Nice place to stay!

We went to breakfast at 8:30. There were eggs were swimming in 1inch of water and the ham was also soaking in water. There wasn’t hardly any food left. We didn’t eat here! Even toast and cereal were out! We mentioned this to the front desk and they were very rude and not caring about the situation! I would not return to this hotel.
