When arriving at the hotel,the reception was very slow, or maybe their system is very slow. The depisit is quite high. So make sure you read the small print before booking. They are also very slow to replying to emails prior the stay. However i would still rate it as excellent due to the cleanliness, politeness of staff and quick room service.

The staff were super friendly and smiley all the time ! Particular mention to Facial who was very attentive and going out of his way to make our stay memorable. Also the young guy around the pool was excellent but i cant remember his name !
