Thanks for your comments Dan. A couple of points - our transfer service does not use cheap local taxis, instead we use professional private cars with drivers which are fully insured with public liability cover in case of accidents (you will not be covered if in an accident in a taxi). Guests are free to take local taxis and take on the risk but we cannot offer a taxi transfer service unfortunately. Since your stay all meals at the riad are now on the new roof terrace, with kitchen and soon to open restaurant so ground floor rooms won't be affected by guests eating outside their room. Finally I am not sure our staff were aware your wife was pregnant otherwise they would have checked if it was possible to change your room. All our rooms here at Riad Africa are completely unique and vary by price, style, location and size. We will take your comments on board as we review our ops.

Thanks for your review. We note that you booked into another riad close to Riad Africa in two rooms instead of one room. We apologise for the overbooking which was beyond our control.
As a guest of Riad Africa, you'll find 2 indoor swimming pools and a children's pool. There's a restaurant on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. Free breakfast is served daily. A computer station is on site and WiFi is free in public spaces. A rooftop terrace, a library, and barbecue grills are also featured at the family-friendly Riad Africa. An airport shuttle (available 24 hours) is available for a fee. This 3.5-star Marrakech riad is smoke free.
