After reserving this property, Riad Marraplace sent me a msg confirming the reservation and and outlined information. Very nice having the information before hand in preparation for this trip. Riad very secure as you can only enter by ringing on the bell. Very welcoming and helped us arrange for transfer from airport and tour to Sahara. Abdelkarim was patient and gave us great advice on restaurants, what to look out for, money exchange in the area and places to visit. They really treat you like a family member and place their trust in you. It was explained that there are 2 parts to the Riad. A older traditional side and the newer renovated side. We stayed in the older side and everything was clean and comfortable. All staff members were very nice, smiled and was humming or singing while they took care of the Riad. We had an early tour and they packed a breakfast to go for us. Would definitely come back and refer to anyone

A perfect little oasis
A beautiful little hotel only a few steps away from the big square! Easy to reach via cab from the airport! The staff was very welcoming and overall wonderful. Loved staying there! I hope to be back again sometime soon! :)

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Staff are so attentive and friendly. The location is perfect for centre of Marrakech and the Moroccan breakfast served each morning is amazing!

I cannot say enough good things about Riad Marraplace. The Riad is beautiful and clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. My husband has gluten allergies and they provided him gluten free bread. The breakfasts were filling and delicious. Our room was comfortable and lovely.

The only comment I would make is that the staircases could use hand rails. The brass rings were not adequate for older people to grab onto and use. The rest of the stay was perfect and the location could not have been better, so close to the main square and the souks.

Perfect location near all the action.
Riad Marraplace is in the perfect location if you want to be near Jemma El Fnaa Square. The staff was attentive weeks leading up to our stay via email and made sure our pickup and drop off arrangements were take care of. It would have been difficult to find, but luckily the driver handed us off to someone who carried our luggage from the street down the alleyways to the doorway of the riad. The breakfast served on the rooftop was lovely in the morning. A creature comfort that was very much appreciated were the robes provided in the bathroom.

Beautiful Riad in the Heart of Marrakesh
Beautiful riad in the hart of Marrakesh, short walk to busy Jemaa el Fnaa Square, but still quiet. It’s actually two small riads connected and they are architecturally immaculate with amazing tile, plaster and wood work. the bathroom is roomy and feels luxurious. There’s a lovely rooftop area for breakfasts and lounging with great views. The staff was able to arrange any service I needed, and gave recommendations for places to eat and visit.

I really enjoyed my stay at Riad Marraplace. Very clean and well kept. The staff is friendly, helpful and very professional. They were very welcoming and made very good recommendations for places where you can go and have lunch/dinner close by. The riad is very well placed, only a few minutes walk to Jemma el Fna, the souks and the tourist attractions. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Our days staying at Riad Marraplace will be remembered as one of the best experiences of my husband’s and my life. To begin with, the staff always greets you with a smile; they are incredibly helpful and friendly, which makes communication and the service undoubtedly excellent and much easier. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are always spotless and equipped with everything you need. The breakfast was unforgettable! The best meals of our trip were from our breakfast; we enjoyed the terrace with the typical sounds of the square while having our food, and it has become one of our most cherished memories. Karim made our trip, especially our stay, even more memorable with a thoughtful gesture that made us feel very special. I must not forget to mention that they serve the best mint tea in all of Morocco. We will definitely return because everything at this riad has been magical.

The most gorgeous riad. Room was wonderful, clean and well looked after. It's so close to Jamaa El Fna, and yet really quiet. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful, "this is your house, make yourself at home". We will be returning here next time we're in Marrakech.
