Dear Katarina, We are sorry to hear that you left without staying at Riad O2, maybe there was a misunderstanding but according to our Manager the reason that you left Riad O2 was its location. Riad O2 is in the Medina or old town of Marrakech, the streets are narrow and can be dark, maybe you were unfortunate to arrive before the local authorities had passed to collect rubbish and given this is Africa, people do leave their rubbish on the streets but it is collected every day and the streets cleaned as well. The entire Riad was repainted and renovated in June of 2019 so cannot agree with your comment about the cleanliness of Riad O2 which we feel is not accurate. Kind regards, Annette McQuillan
