    HORRIBLE une catastrophe totale nous avons réservé plus de 5 mois à l'avance et la propriétaire a validé notre séjour, c'est seulement le matin même de notre arrivée qu'elle nous annonce que l'appartement n'est en fait pas disponible et ce sans se préoccuper de la situation plus que problématique dans laquelle elle nous mettait. Ce n'est pas la première fois qu'elle fait ce coup alors il est inutile de perdre votre temps avec elle; Abritel devrait la bannir mais surtout bannissons la de notre estime et de nos considérations c'est HONTEUX L'ARGENT POURRIT LES GENS NIQUE TA MERE SUR LA CANEBIERE NIQUE TES MORTS SUR LE VIEUX PORT

    Réservation annulée au dernier moment
    Notre réservation a été annulé le jour de notre arrivée suite à une double réservation sur la plate forme nous étions déjà sur la route (600km) et nous avons dû trouver un autre logement en urgence, hôtel le jeudi et appart pour le reste du séjour (ce qui nous a couté plus cher !) Si NOUS avions annulé au dernier moment, nous n'aurions pas été remboursé par contre nous n'avons eu aucune compensation de votre part suite à votre annulation ! ... Cordialement.
