Fantastic hotel
What a wonderful place! Right on the bank of a tropical river and few meters away from the ocean. Great food and fantastic staff. Amazing value for money. Recommended!

Segunda vez que vamos a este hotel. Hotel com bia área de lazer, com estruturas grandes e espaçoso. Equipe de hotel muito atenciosa e atenta a tudo. Contudo precisa pensar em reformar os quartos e algumas áreas comuns.

Ótimo local. Vá em dias de sol!
O hotel me pareceu muito confortável: boas camas, smartv grande no quarto, internet estável. As comidas do café da manhã e jantar estavam ótimas. Só lamentei a ausência de sucos incluídos no jantar - quem quisesse, deveria pagar por fora. As piscinas são a melhor opção de lazer, além da proximidade da praia/rio. Mas ele não oferece tantas opções de lazer quanto outros resorts, principalmente se for um dia chuvoso.

Hotel incrível, com área verde vasta, comida boa e excelente atendimento. Super recomendo. Deixo uma sugestão, que tenham algum espaço fechado e coberto para dias de chuva, pois quando chove não tem opção de ficarmos nas dependências do Hotel, senão dentro do quarto. Molha tudo, especialmente as áreas de lazer. Gratidão.

Tem tudo pra ser perfeito.Administração desleixada
Estivemos hospedados eu e minha esposa no período entre 30/11 e 05/12 e tivemos alguns problemas que, embora relatados no formulário de críticas e sugestões durante o check out, nunca recebemos qualquer contato justificando os problemas ocorridos, o que comprova o desleixo da administração do hotel. Sejamos justos, achei a comida ótima, saborosa e porção em boa quantidade. O hotel também tem uma ótima estrutura e conta com um bom e justo serviço de massagens. Quarto espaçoso. O serviço dos garçons do restaurante é péssimo, o pior que já vi em um resort. Eles não são proativos, você é quem precisa ir atrás dos garçons para fazer pedidos (ou seja, não precisa ter garçons no local!) Fui ignorado por um dos garçons, mesmo tratando os mesmos com cordialidade. Absurdo descaso. Por fim, embora o hotel tenha ótima estrutura e conte com várias piscinas, as mesas e cadeiras estão sempre sujas (cocô de passarinho ou restos de comida do cliente anterior).

O quarto a qual estava o ar-condicionado estava pingando, mal consegui dormir com a zoada do pinga pinga. A TV estava ruim, não pegava os streaming, ou seja, não consegui assistir Netflix e nem Amazon, além disso, a visibilidade da televisão estava com interferência, pois parece que o cabo da antena colocaram mal. Outra coisa, o vaso sanitário quando utilizei, precisava ficar segurando a tampa, pois se não ficava caindo, pro homem usar é ruim, tem que urinar sentado ou ficar segurando a tampa pra não cair. Além disso, com relação a janta achei fraquíssimo, antes era bem melhor, como uma terra como a Bahia não tem camarão no jantar, a massa que fazem lá sem gosto, pois não colocavam sal na massa.

Foi boa mas poderia ser melhor, a reposição dos alimentos,no horário do café da manhã e do jantar, ficou a desejar. A comida era boa mas sem reposição adequada pra um resorted . O quarto era grande mas precisa de revitalização, principalmente o banheiro. Fiz essa observação na avaliação do hotel.

Gostamos muito do hotel, da estrutura, instalações, quarto muito limpo e cheiroso. Área comum bem diversificada e tudo muito bonito. Escolhemos meia pensão e gostamos muito do café e do jantar porém só achamos pouca variedade, mas tudo o que tinha estava bem feito e gostoso.
