Good hotel but noisy room
The hotel is in a nice location. Breakfast is good. However the rooms are noisy. You can almost hear anything of your neighbor. Also there was a noise disturbance and weed smoking in the middle of the night. Room showed some wear but was fine overall.

It was fine.
Room and bathroom were clean. Beds were cozy and comfortable. My kids were excited about the pool but only stayed in there for about a half hour because it was "kinda scummy". I felt that the carpeting in the room felt clammy/dampish. I wore my flip flops. Improve the airflow throughout the room and that will vastly improve the overall experience. Breakfast offerings were good! Everthing was clean and organized for efficiency. Good variety!

There was plenty mold in the bathroom, the place smelled like sour vomit. The price of $290 per night was not justifiable. Would not recommend this place. Also, the queen beds were smaller. Breakfast was decent that’s the one upside.

Our stay was pleasant.We were there for the weekend while transporting loved ones. The room was clean and what we needed. !we enjoyed the breakfast they offered and the staff working the breakfast were very polite and helpful. Overall a good experience. Would recommend to others.

The pool was amazing. Very quiet and so warm in there. It felt like the Caribbean. The breakfast was yummy and ladies who run it are diligent and sweet. My one complaint was the size of the beds. I was surprised that it was two fulls not two quee s. Also the pillows were terrible. We liked the location of the hotel bc you could walk over to the plaza next door and get yummy food. The giant Shane sign with the waving arms surprised each of us a few times.

It’s an older property that I think was sold & a family bought it. They do a good job but you can tell it doesn’t have corporate money. It’s dated But & it is a big but it was clean , so a win in my book

Overall the property is average, but where it fell short was general maintenance and upkeep. The room smelled pungent and minty, not sure what they were trying to cover up but it smelled similar to a urinal cake. We enjoyed outside dinning but then was hit with was an unmistakable smell of sewage from the retention pond behind the property. Ice machine was out of service on my floor, and the out of order sign was old, so I assume this is not a new issue. The elevators are in need of maintenance, doors closing on people, metal maintenance etc. Overall it seems like they are barely holding on. I’m surprised that the hotel manages such a high rating, I guess low standards are being met. No bugs, rats, etc. 👍

The property itself would have been fine but unfortunately in the neighboring room we had a couple that had to loudly pursue their amorous activities from 1 - 4pm in the morning non-stop and without concern for others. Mgmt did nothing to intervene so we left the hotel at 4am to drive home.

You really need to upgrade your toilets and bath tubs!! Dear God! It hurt my knees lowering myself onto toilet and trying to get back up, was ridiculous! There was no way for me to try and soak a bit, in that kid tub! Everything else was fantastic!!! Thx!

Had to find a room last minute after a long day. The night desk person was so kind and pleasant. He made a bad day seem brighter! There is shopping nearby that we were able to get bathing suits at to enjoy the nice indoor pool. The free breakfast was much better than expected. Make your own waffles, breakfast potatoes, good scrambled eggs, etc. So glad we chose this hotel! Not somewhere we would normally consider but much nicer than we thought! Would highly recommend.
