Although it was a capsule hotel, it was very comfortable. If you are going to keep things in the fridge and it disappears, it’s most likely the staff is holding onto it if you are bringing luggage it’s a better hotel if you only have one piece of luggage.

Definitely would stay again!
Staff was friendly and helpful, great location, lots of free toiletries and free things to borrow (bicycles!). I stayed in a cubic (capsule) room, which was nicely designed. My only problem really was how to handle replacement towels and pajamas for multiple nights - this is done well but differently from other places, so a little information at check in would have been useful. The hotel is a couple minutes from the station, which has restaurants. There’s a small shopping mall about 10 minutes on foot with more restaurants and a theater, and a convenience store a couple minutes away too. The tourist bus stops nearby, but you could also use a bike or walk to get to the castle area.

Definitely would return
Delicious breakfast variety, but don’t get started after 9am! Generous helpful staff. Don’t leave anything in your capsule after 10am unless you want to make it inconvenient for them to clean around it as I accidentally did!

綺麗なカプセルホテル。騒音が気にならない人には最適
【よかったところ】 カプセルホテルとしては、綺麗で新しくてよかったです。アメニティや飲み物も充実していました。図書コーナーやコワーキングスペース（朝は朝食会場）もあり、時間を過ごす場所は複数あって居心地がよかったです。 【マイナス点】 ロッカーが細長く、スーツケースはほぼ入りません…。かと言って、スーツケースをカプセル室（寝室）に持ち込む人がいるのはやめてほしかった…開閉音が響く…。カプセル室は清潔でした。が、やはり一部屋20人もいる部屋で落ち着いて寝れないです。夜遅く帰ってくる人、いびき、咳、朝早く支度を始める人…。気にならない人は気にならないかもですが。朝、同じ部屋で寝ていた3名が「全く寝られなかった…」と言っていたのを聞きましたのでやはり、と思いました。ただ立地もよく格安なので、割り切れる人ならオトクだと思います。洗面所のゴミ箱が小さくて夜の時点ですでに満杯になっていたので大きいゴミ箱を設置していただけると嬉しいです。

あまり期待していなかったのですが、値段の割にはキレイで清潔で、いい香りがしてとても良かったです！アメニティもとても充実していましたし、2泊したのですがタオルや室内着も交換してもらえたし、この値段でここまでしてもらえるのか、と驚きました。たまたま2泊とも一緒の方が皆さん静かで、鼾や声が気になることもなくぐっすり眠れました。朝食は6時半に行くと並んでいる方が多くて、待っている時間が長かったので次の日7時半頃に行くと、少なくなって取れないメニューがいくつかあり、前日食べたコーヒーゼリーが頂けなかったのは残念でした。またコーヒーメーカーでカップから溢れて何度かトラブって時間がかかっていたようでしたね。でも総じて大満足です。次に松江に行ったらまた泊まりたいです。

夜遅くに到着し、宿泊しました。 対応早く、ありがたかったです。 女性専用キューブ型で宿泊しました。 セキュリティも万全で、ネット環境も良かった。 なにより清潔感があります！ 水素水のサーバーもあり、マイボトルに入れることができたのが◎。 また機会あれば泊まりたいです。

I stayed for one night in capsule bed. The bed space is big, additional locker was also provided. The location is close to train station, facility is clean. Breakfast buffet is good. Luggage storage before check in and after check out is allowed. I also borrowed bicycle for free after check out, it's a great service.
