"Leider hat der TV nicht funktioniert, und wir mussten nochmals dass Zimmer wechseln. Beim Frühstück war die Kaffeemaschine defekt. Es gab zwar noch Kaffe im Thermoskrug, der war leider lauwarm, und er reichte nicht mehr für alle Gäste. Etwas später hat dann das Personal den Krig wieder aufgefüllt. Wir haben in der Zischenzeit selber Kaffe im Zimmer gemacht."
