Hotel was awesome the perch 11th floor outdoor area so much fun. Great value for the dollars. Only small issues were low water pressure and towels a bit abrasive. Other linens very nice. Rooms could use paper towels for the kitchen

Staff was very accommodating in every aspect. We were in town for a quick getaway and enjoyed most everything we experienced at this hotel. I had only 1 issue of getting locked out on the patio and also getting my finger slammed in that same door. Those door handles should be replaced because I could have been stranded on the balcony for hours. No one addressed this incident when reported but I still loved everything else.
