Welcome to my home!
Tastefully decorated, this lovely house, with 350m2, is located in a calm area but close to supermarkets and restaurants in the surrounding areas, and it has multiple gastronomy options.
The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. It has access to a garden with fruit trees, around 3500m2, grass for kids to play with, a basketball net, soccer goals, a spacious parking area and annexe with BBQ, an outside kitchen and a garage for three cars (2 spaces accessible).
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.
There are two bedrooms with king beds, two beds with queen-sized beds and one last bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Mealhada is part of the renowned Bairrada wine region, famous for producing some of the country’s best wines, particularly sparkling wines and the robust red wines made from the Baga grape. Nearby, many local vineyards offer tastings and tours, making this an ideal spot for wine enthusiasts.
A short drive from the property, you’ll find Mata Nacional do Bussaco (Buçaco Forest), a stunning forest reserve filled with ancient trees, picturesque trails, and historical sites. The forest also houses the Bussaco Palace, a neo-Manueline masterpiece that once served as a royal hunting lodge and is now a luxury hotel. This location is perfect for a scenic hike, a quiet day in nature, or even a meal at the palace’s fine dining restaurant.
Mealhada is also famed for its leitão à Bairrada (Bairrada-style roast suckling pig), a local culinary speciality. There are numerous restaurants in the area, such as Pedro dos Leitões and Rei dos Leitões, where visitors can sample this iconic dish prepared in traditional wood-fired ovens.
For relaxation and wellness, Termas da Curia is a short drive away, offering spa facilities and thermal baths in a beautiful park setting. With peaceful walking paths, a large lake, and plenty of green spaces, Curia is a popular spot for those looking to unwind.
Though rural and peaceful, the area is well-connected by road, making it easy to explore the surrounding area, with Coimbra, a city known for its historical university and medieval architecture, only a 30-minute drive away.
The best way to reach the property is by car/taxi, but it is located just 2.3 km from Mealhada station. the Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is about 60 minute drive.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
