Flys and trash everywhere staffing was sitting on table smells really bad we didn’t stay we had to leave for a different hotel the smell was really bad the room smell like they where smoking on it

The hotel was pretty decent and well run. The shuttle service to the Haram was particularly useful although it would not run after 5.30pm until after Maghreb. It was a good stay overall. Well done to the management.

The hotel was so dated, the front foyer is dirty, the reception was unattended. Laundry was done on the roof top by elderly ladies. The staff were extremely unprofessional. Absolutely shocking experience.

There's nothing to say about likeness but lots to say about dislike. Compare to price that hotel shouldn't listed in Expedia application. There is nobody to receive the guest. Not proper reception desk. Rooms aren't proper equipped. Freeze, iron,microwave, tissues and towels wasn't available. It was a big mistake that i have booked this property.

Amazing in budget stay. Continuous transportation to haram. Incredible dine in restaurants and great prices and food is tasty as well. Rooms are decent and comfortable. You can’t beat the price for a great service for anyone who wants to travel in the fraction of the cost for Umrah accommodations. They also provide many services such as haircut after umrah, laundry etc. I will definitely book again for my next trip iA

The area is very homey, the hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. Everything we needed was in one building, even though the hotel isn’t walking distance to haram, we were able to get our necessities within the hotel. I would really recommend this hotel if you are on a budget. It’s nice, clean, has all your basic needs.

I had a wonderful experience at ARAEK AL KHLOOD HOTEL. The 24-hour shuttle service to Masjid e Haram was incredibly convenient, allowing us to focus on our spiritual journey. The rooms were spotless, and the friendly staff provided exceptional customer service. The front desk was efficient, and the room service was quick and delicious. The restaurant makes this hotel superb. I will come back again, very good Service 👍 They serve fresh tandoori Roti, Paratha, Naan, Rumali roti, and even BBQ at very affordable prices. ☕ They also offer Desi Tea with milk, a special treat for Indian and Pakistani tea lovers."
