Worth the stay!

You get what you pay for
Very steep hill to the haram, about 10 minutes walk. Shower with no pressure, no floor mat. Room was ok, average. Breakfast is mainly catered for south asian, limited 'european' options and no pastries.

Stay was ok, but the lifts were terrible, never stopped at the floor number you pressed. The lift's keep going up and down. Complaint to the receptionist regarding the lifts issue.

I was very please with my stay.Imad check me in andupgraded my room to a nice king size bedroom with a view of the Hiram. Service was prompt. I left for Madinah on my second day early in the morning and I din't come back until late at night and I found my room cleaned and replrnished with water and all the amenities. The front services employees Younis, Mohamed Ibrahim were exellent and very friendly. I will recommend this place withis close to the Kabbah . Use The Anjum shorcut to go to the Hiram.

As soon as we came in to check in the receptionist was unprofessional, rude, not helpful, rolling his eyes, having an attitude, slamming the keyboard, acting like it was the end of the world to check someone in. That is the most ridiculous service I’ve ever had and I will never return to the property.
