Whilst the location of the hotel is great, the service wasnt the best. I arrived to dirty bed sheets, even though I checked in very late that evening. The cleaner didnt replenish all amenities such as tissue so I was using toilet tissue to blow my nose. I recieved a massage at the spa and it was not very good, the masseuse seemed untrained and I could hear the staff at reception talking. The equipment in the gym was ancient. The coffee at breakfast was terrible so I had to buy a cappucino from the bar every morning just to have a good cup of coffee. The ‘hot food’ options at breakfast were always cold even if you got there before 8am. Whilst the staff were friendly and accomodating for the most part, I wouldnt recommend it and I wouldnt stay here again.

Everyone here was so nice and genuine! I enjoyed my stay and they were so helpful and attentive to our needs. Daily house keeping, breakfast options and the property was clean and quiet. My stay was perfect thanks to the staff here. When I come back I will stay here again!
