We booked 8 rooms for 4 nights. Some of the group couldn’t make the trip, so we wanted to change the dates. They wouldn’t change the dates or give a credit. We didn’t ask for a refund, just a credit. I’m sure the hotel is very nice if you get to stay there but we’ll never know.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff, this is the second time I stay at this hotel and Christopher, front desk agent who helped us both times is very nice, polite and professional. The only few suggestions I have is that this hotel needs to have newer linen and better pillows. They also need to improve the breakfast buffet and have more choices. Other than that, it is located in a very quiet and nice neighborhood

Hotel is very secure and located in a beautiful neighborhood. Many parks and dining options are just minutes away; hotel menu offers quality meals at affordable prices. Metro access is 15-20 minute walk as is a 100 store shopping mall with movie theatre and multiple currency exchange locations.

So friendly!
We loved staying here. The breakfasts were amazing, the staff at the front desk were helpful and our room was super clean, quiet and comfortable. We asked the staff to line up a driver for us and used him for 3 days. He was great and got us places so easily, all the while being an excellent guide. We also had laundry done at hotel and it was ready in a few hours. Most importantly , we were made to feel welcome. I’m so glad we stayed here!

IT IS A GOOD PLACE TO STAY JUST WHEN WE ARRIVED OUR BED WAS DIRTY, WENT TO RECEPTION AND THEY CHANGE EVERYTHING, BUT I WAS NOT COMFORTABLE AFTER THAT, PLACE IS NICE AND GOOD LOCATION, JUST THAT INCONVENIENCE.
