This was just an awful place to stay, in fact I would of left except there was a huge snowstorm and I felt stuck. The floor was filthy, the mattress box was metal, I was afraid to touch anything and wiped it down before I did. People partied in the hallways all night long and I couldn't sleep. Waken up by dog barking and other guests yelling at each other. One assumes Ramada has a certain standard but not in this motel. The staff could of cared less about anything, however the manager was responsive to following up with me. Unfortunately he didn't follow through either. Will never stay here again.

We appreciated Hawthorne very much! His pleasant demeanor and helpful nature was a nice change to the sad, somber tone of our travels to Klamath Falls. Bereavement of my father had laid heavily on my mind, and the short break from that heartbreak was helpful beyond words. Thank you also to Ray, who shuttled us to the airport, and ensured we made it on time to our destination, and for remembering us when we arrived nearly two weeks later on our return trip home. We enjoyed conversing with you, as you worked hard outside shoveling snow and salting the sidewalks. Thank you both for your excellent HUMAN service and empathy.

Worst service, front desk lies

The front desk person reassured me that my deposit would be returned first thing the next day, instead my account was charged and now I’m being told I have to wait 3 to 5 business days. I asked several times if it would be 3 to 5 days and was told several times that was not the case, I had the cash and made that clear, but was told I had nothing to worry about the money would definitely be returned in the morning.

Good night sleep

The counter lady was kinda rude but slowly softened up towards the end and we were able to check in early. The room was peaceful and the bed was comfy, had a great sleep and was grateful for the dove products! Thanks for the waffles too!
