The rooms were very comfortable and loved being able to sit on the patio and watch the river. Next to the hotel at the bridge is a great walking trail. The place is dog friendly and breakfast was decent. Thank you.

Skip Grants Pass if possible

The property is old. We paid extra for a river view yet all rooms have a river view. Grants Pass itself is not a place I would stop at again. It’s old and unkept. Service at the hotel was great with all staff very friendly.

The room was very nice and clean and had all the amenities. The view off the balcony of the river was wonderful. Great neighborhood, I was very delighted to stay here.

The property conditions and area around the property were a 4 because of the construction so it isn't a permanent thing. Didn't detract from the stay, but it was noticeable. Also, the eggs weren't my favorite but they were standard Continental breakfast eggs. I prefer my eggs a bit runny which is hard to do in a high volume scenario. Otherwise solid breakfast with great staff.

Beautiful property with amazing staff. Highly recommend! I have found our favorite place to stay in Grants Pass. Thanks for a great stay. Comfy bed & linens, clean and they love dogs! She even got a goodie bag with a new bowl and travel sheet for the end of the bed.
