Everyone very nice. Overall a very nice hotel. Some loud noises for 30-40 minutes around 9pm, finally quieted down. Freezer in fridge needs defrosting. Will return.

Night check in clerk was rude upon getting there (drove from Ca all day). Reservation request was to have a lower level room due to a disability for one of the guest ( he cannot do stairs) clerk disregarded and gave upper level room even though elevator was out of order. Did not offer any nether accommodation. Then found out clerk only gave us 1 day check in when the original reservation was for 2 so the next day we were unable to get back into our room without speaking to another clerk, who then proceeded to admit that particular clerk isn’t nice to “tourist” 0/5 do not recommend

Have stayed here several times over the last two years. Always a great stay with nice and helpful staff, clean facilities and nice rooms. Had scaffolding outside of balcony room but was informed of this before checking in. Breakfast is really good! Love the area and the ability to walk to a great restaurant, Tap Rock Bar and Grill.

Elevator was out of service so it was a challenge for disabled guest to climb stairs. Would have been impossible for guest to get luggage up the stairs. Co-traveler was able to assist getting luggage to the upstairs room. Desk clerk did offer to help with luggage, so that was a good thing
