The room was clean. Front desk clerk, Gaia, was very nice. Appreciated the fridge having an actual freezer. Towels were better than most hotels at that level. Tv did not work and booklet said to call front desk to change HDMI. Maybe housekeeping could check this when cleaning if its so simple. Same with turning off the alarm clock so it doesnt go off at midnight as it did! Super annoying!! Other than that stay was fine.Left too early for "to go" breakfast.

We had a very nice evening at the Stratford Inn and will be glad to stay there again. The front desk was very helpful, the room was spacious and clean and the hotel is close to downtown Ashland. The beds were very comfortable and everything about the room worked as required from the heat to the TV to the shower! It’s a great value in a wonderful town.

The lady in the breakfast room was very kind and a wonderful joy for my work team’s early mornings. She was the highlight of our stay. Additionally, my coworkers have some dietary restrictions and the hotel was an amazing help with finding food recommendations within walking distance. 10/10 will stay again.

This was and old hotel but don't let the age fool you. The hotel was very clean. I had a spacious 2 queen bed room and the beds were medium firm. The beds passed yhe bedbug inspection. Sheets and towels were clean! MJ helped us at check-in. The customer service was verify friendly and helpful. Will stay again if ever in town.

Check in was good. Can't believe thry had actual room keys, like brass keys. The hotel and rooms are outdated but ok. The beds are not the best. I ended up with a back ache. Breakfast was good and Cindy was a delight. A good mattress would improve the score.
