Not clean. The fridge freezer had molded old food smeared on door and in the froat as well. The bathroom need cleaned. There was a layer of dirt everywhere underbeds aaround cornes and on baseboards. The mattresses has large amount of dirt behind them it was not clean!the pool guy was way rude.

This was NOT GOOD !!!

The room was very dirty. It looked like the sheets had not been changed since the last traveler stayed there. Also, there was crumbs and dust bunnies all over the floor. It looked like the floor had not been cleaned in quite some time. But the icing on the cake was when we returned to our room after a day out having fun, we open the door and right there in front of us was a giant black garbage bag, full of the trash from our room as well as the trash from probably every other room on the first floor. They left that in our room! When I approached the front desk about this, they were very apologetic and removed the trash bag, but indicated that there was nothing they could do about it as far as issuing me a credit or a refund or anything else for that matter. Unfortunately, I did not have my phone with me at the time and was not able to get a picture of the trash bag full of garbage. But I have added pictures of the floor and the mess that was all around.Needless to say I will not be staying there again. Also, the pool area and hot tub was not very clean and was completely overrun by children literally jumping all over the place. I’m not anti-Kid but it basically made it so that we could not use it.

Really enjoyed stay especially pool with water slide and hot tub. If you have dogs then the rooms aren’t as nice but they weren’t the worst. Had to pay a pretty high pet fee and had to wait for them to check room before we left so they couldn’t double charge. But the pool was way worth the stay!

I was offered an upgrade for my room and I accepted the offer. When I got there, I was told that my upgrade was not available. There were cobwebs above the door and a wet sticky substance on the floor by the dining table.

Friendly service not too clean

There was a lot of mildew in the bathroom and it didnt seem like the tub was cleaned. There was a large earwig in there. Service was friendly and check in was easy.

The pool advertisement should point out that the water slides are not in operation unless they hire a lifeguard to be present (Oregon state law is what they claim in their customer service). So most likely you won't be able to enjoy those water slides.

The king bed was way too big for the room. And the bed should be replaced. You sink so much in it. Overall it was decent. We stayed there visiting our grandkids and booked because of the indoor pool and slide however I wasn’t aware the slide was only open if a lifeguard was on duty (which happened to be 5pm - 10pm) and I had called ahead of booking to confirm the pool but there was no mention of slide hours. When the lifeguard was on duty though he was amazing. Such a nice man. Overall friendly staff. Wasn’t to happy about $30 PER DAY for pet fee. 30 dollars ok , but per day???
