First they gave me someone else's room where people were staying. Then they gave me another room that was poorly cleaned. But we were really tired of arguing. And then it turned out that I paid $134 for the room through Expedia and then they wrote off another $100 from some legal entity Motor Inns that same evening, just like that. As a result, a lousy room came out at the price of a good room.

We were told there would be a shuttle to the airport and if they didn't they would get an Uber and property would pay for it. I asked for 3:30 shuttle. We were at the desk a little before 3:30, no shuttle Poor communication waited and they finally called an Uber. I was getting nervous about our 5:00 am flight. Per our Uber driver super 8 runs late getting transportation for Their guests

My husband was right there with me and told the clerk we needed to use his card instead of mine. We were pleasantly surprised the first day/night with the great amenities for the low price. It fell apart the next morning when we went down for breakfast. Breakfast was supposed to go until 9:30 but when we showed up at 8:45 they were out of almost everything. Only had a small amount of waffle batter left and no milk for the cereal which we had to ask for a refill of. There was zero protein. No eggs or breakfast meat like you are lead to believe is available. She was nice enough to microwave us a biscuit with gravy on it. If breakfast was what it should’ve been I would’ve given 4 stars.

Room dark and dirty will not ever stay here again. Also charged 30 per pet for stay that is not easily seen in there policy thought it was a 30 per stay. The things they make you sign for pets is extreme with crazy chargers for damage with the rooms in such poor condition.
