Cheap room and you get what you pay for
This hotel is in terrible condition, we were staying with 3 in our family, 2 bath towels no facecloths or hand towels, no Kleenex, charged a $200 damage deposit on a hotel that had tears in the wall paper and stains everywhere. We were leaving early and were told breakfast was at 6 we went down at 6:15 and it was not ready. We had to get on the road so I am not sure when it started.

Booked a room. Paid more then my friends who got a two bed room with a Jacuzzi. My room had a bathroom door that couldn't close and could hardly stand in it was that small. Curtains that couldn't close all the way so light was shining in my room all night. And overall the room just looked runned down. On-top to that. For some reason my damage deposit errored out. No big deal I thought, I will come back tomorrow and get it. Fast forward 3 days later and they said they would need more time to fix it. Has to argue on the phone with the supervisor to finally go in and get my damage deposit before I left the area. Overall I wouldn't recommend this spot and personally won't be going back.

One of the poorest excuse for breakfast we have ever experienced. One selection, scrambled eggs, toast, no butter, no juices One jam selection, marmalade. Some cold cereals. Common areas are dirty. Absolutley not recommended

This was a horrible place to stay. I guess the old saying is you get what you paid for. Swimming pool not in operation ... dirty towels... dirty bedsheets.. drug paraphernalia laying in the hallways .. police show up stating you would be safer to stay somewhere else. Lobby locked cannot get ahold of anyone. Half to leave messages ... DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Worst hotel I ve ever stayed from day 1 to the last; Extremelly DIRTY; All staff incompetent, everything broken, bugs, people smoking in their rooms, garbage all over the hallways for days. I could never give this place even half a star! The photos are nice, but the pools dont work, terrible breakfast (actually 2 days there was no breakfast) worse than a pigsty!!! You have been warned!!

Absolutely disgusting. Our room was covered in mold and the bedding was filthy. The hole building looks like it’s never seen a mop or vacuum. There’s holes in the walls and there are bugs everywhere. On top of that the pool area wasn’t in a closed space it was in the centre of a bunch of rooms that overlooked the pool. It was supposedly “under construction” with water still in the pool and nothing to block it off except a single strip of caution tape (huge hazard especially for children). On top of that the staff didn’t seem phased or surprised about mold or filth in general and I had requested a refund due to the whole situation and wasn’t given a receipt because apparently they can’t print receipts there. Oh and the whole building smelt like it was a mix of rotting food and cigarettes. Save yourself and avoid this place at all costs.

BEWARE!!! This property is in a very sketchy neighbourhood. The pool was under renovation and they do not post that on Expedia! The room charge is 200 for deposit (nothing in the room could even be worth that). The mirror fell off the wall and we had 2 young children out of nowhere. The front desk call later saying their was something on the sheets and they needed to charge me 100$. Ok, the sheets were from value village.
