Needs improvement in some rooms
Room 310. Second time in this room. Bed still sounds like its broken at bottom corner. Mattress should be replaced. Sofa still was worn in one side. The batbroom shampoo was set on the floor of shower. Not attwched to wall like conditioner or body wash. Room 622 that was also used by our group well worth the price. 310 room needs some help.

The room had stickets on thr mirrors that talked about daily room cleaning however after no room cleaning during our stay we were told they only tidy rooms every 3rd day of your stay. Also this hotel allows dogs which can be fine however the dog in the room beside us barked every morning between 6 and 7 am. Talked to frint desk and they said we should have called when it was happening. Didnt seem to care at all

Would’ve given the property a higher rating however, we stayed two nights and they never made the bed, replenished towels or anything. Very disappointed for it being a Hilton property. We were staying there because I had a surgery at the regional hospital. The night my husband stays alone he came back to bed not made and towels not replaced. Additionally, don’t any of the 3 star hotels press sheets any more?? The bedding was so wrinkled which I could’ve lived with but no towels??
