Pathetic

Rooms smell like urine really not happy I have paid so much money. They changed my room to big room in the end but I had to fight for it. This hotel is old and dirty will not recommend it to anyone. Staff were helpful and friendly

Close to Masjid Nabaw, bad services, avoid.

Pros: location
I would not give this hotel 5* rating, Stayed for 5nights, housing keeping was very bad, most day I need to phone someone to do house keeping, which was in the evening.I asked the staff why no one came to house keeping but he didnt give me any respond. I do not expect this happens in 5* hotel. Room furniture need updating, my jean got damaged which caught in a lose nail in one of drawer. Not friendly staff compared to Hilton in Makkah. Total disappointment.
